Since I don't really introduce my characters often I wanted to show off one of my black characters Raja. She's the older twin sister of Naja and they don't really have any background information. She doesn't often wear dresses but I really wanted to draw her in this big and beautiful blue dress.She'll probably get some information at some point in the future but I just wanted to show off her beautiful dress and elegant hairstyle.
