Soundwave 2008:Bonython Park - Adelaide, Australia.
Boys Like Girls.
This was a great set. I was amazed by how awesome they were live. I had sweat dripping down my neck, and am now sunburnt, but it was well worth it. I sang to every song, despite the fact no one around me did.
Mind you, they obviously all knew the words to 'The Great Escape'. Fuck heads. I bet they all ran off to buy Boys Like Girls t-shirts too. I got to hear Heels Over Head, Dance Hall Drug, Hero/Heroine, Broken Man, and Thunder.. So I'm happy.
."We'll scream loud at the top of our lungs, and they'll think it's just 'cause we're young, and we'll feel so alive."

Boys Like Girls was one of the bands I wanted to check out, I quite like their album.

BLG were amazing. Alot of the bands just played their music and then fucked off. I think bleeding through and sugarcult were good live, because they had a great stage presence as well as BLG.

Like I went to go see Cobra Starship and half the people only knew A)Snakes On A Plane (Bring It) or B)The City Is At War. I was there singing to every song.

Yea I know. My friend and I were like "wtf?" and to make things worse the show had sold out in like a week or two, when if those people hadn't come some other real fans could have went.

Yeah, that's the same with the McFLY gig I went to in Sydney. They did two shows, both with 500 tickets, and they both sold out... There were so many people there who weren't even half decent fans. Most of them liked McFLY cos one of their friends did! It was soooo sh.it... and some people didn't even show up.
I just think that sucks, because I know people who missed out on tickets cos of the people who didn't even know the songs they sung. ugh

lolol! jonas brothers are amazing. Nick has the most beautiful voice. I always base my favourite member of a band based on their voice!
But you like alot of stuff! I tend to only listen to a few things, but I sort of go through phases, so I am a fan of a fair few bands.. I just don't listen to them much these days!
