This photograph sets a beautiful mood of coolness and serenity, inviting warm tones, and a sense of quiet.. The owner of the home has created a little garden sanctuary indoors that yet draws the eye out upon the lovely gardenscape outside, without having to enter it oneself. A gift. Marvelous! Contrast, exposure, framing, composition, and color are all excellently balanced. The scene is not so perfectly arranged that it looks artificial, it has the reality of a place actually lived in yet all such distractions are in dimness and the focus is on atmosphere and the view out the window. Well done!

Awesome photo, love all the cacti. I have a nice cacti on my window, but it never grows any flowers like it's supposed to. I don't think he likes me very much, I reckon he's planning an escape

I love cactuses too! And it took about three years for one of my cacti to sprout this super tall flower and I was away for a week and missed the flower. So bummed.

I decided to plant a melon seed and I went to bed that night, woke up and had 3 tall sprouts. I was amazed. I put them in my Bonsai tree, but I've just replanted them in a cup. I can't wait to see how tall they grow. I deffo want to get more plants. My room just doesn't have a lot of light or space... Too many books.

That's what I call home.
