Very nice combination of elements in one drawing (night and day, water and earth, and the growing tree). Also I really like how colorful everything is

I'd say the problem is the size of her eyes. I'm not sure if that's just a stylistic choice but I don't think it'd hurt to make them a bit smaller and make more room for the rest of the face.

I was trying to make her look cute but it didn't really work this time. I did make her eyes smaller, but then I had to go and make them huge.

Sometimes big eyes don't do much for cuteness. I find that the shape matters more. The shape is right but just make them a little bit smaller next time.
And not a problem. It's a lovely drawing despite the eye issue.
