and it still isn't perfect because of my perspective, human anatomy, porpotions lack of basic skills and ofcourse I still haven't learnt the style itself completly = =...

Your submission is great. Full of so many symbols and different times of Naruto, great entry, and you didn't left Sasuke out. Wothout him, this story would not have any meaning really.

First of all the idea is really great I good job with that! I'm also jealous of your pencil coloring skills 
Now starting from the minnor the things that caught my eye was- why did you put shippuden anime logo in the corner o.o? the one that's ending is manga not anime :S. Also I can see is was rushed because you left a lot of empty space in the background. Now the major problem are the poses of Naruto and Sasuke. It looks like Naruto is sitting and Sasuke is sort of weirdly lying or standing. Mostly it's all because Naruto's pose because of it it either makes Sasuke's arm too long or Naruto's spine look like this -> Г
Over all the idea in the contest counts as much as how drawing is done. So I wish you best of luck

Thanks you are right about the shippuden logo, I missed that. I should have put only Naruto. The positions I intended is Naruto bent forward a little (inclined) and Sasuke still sitting just about to stand but I'm not that good with anatomy and poses yet. Thank you very much.

I bet they only picking some touchy good letters that they send to the author and others go to trash :/ Also because I'm not sure that he knows english so the letters will need to be translated that also means there will not be much who pass

This is well executed. Naruto (all three) pop out with the bright colors.
The only real problem I see though is Naruto's hands look a little big, besides that, it looks great.
I hope to get my piece finished and submitted soon.
