This summer I started to read a new series of books called Cirque du Freak by Darren Shan and by gosh it took me with storm! I just had to draw a fan art of one of my favorite characters; Evra Von. (Yes, just plain Von, nothing more. X3) I drew him as I saw him as I read the book.Oki, Evra is one of the circus freaks and is the snake boy with his big pet snake that he can talk to in the snake language. I fell in love with his character, so shy but funny. If you look for something exciting to read that has unexpected events, vampires, humor and blood in it, then I highly recommend reading the books of Darren Shan.

Funny enough someone reimagined the whole book series as a manga (approved by Darren Shan himself!) and it's just as good X3 Would probably finish the book series first before the manga though since there is some slight changes but overall is still faithful.

Oh, my gosh! I definitely recommend it! There are even audio books on Youtube of it. They aren't that long to read either. I'm already at the fifth book and I just can't have enough of the story. It's so darn creative! >w<
