She was originally one of design of my version of jinbei's parents but I decide to make her a full time character. She won't be jinbei's mother or mother figure(maybe not)As her nickname "whale mom" and Apparence suggest she's a whale "but kiri. Aren't whale mammals?" Exactly but there fishmans based off marine mammals. Willy is a orca fishman (welp I don't really know if he really count as he isn't a canon character)
