Description
A cotton candy dog, which according to bulbapedia is based from the Bichon Frise. Another one of the traditional style attempts on one of the newer mons. I played around with the hue and saturation to emulate the fact that the old style was a bit on the pale color side as opposed to the more vivid and lively ones.

The only thing I'm missing is likely the hard strokes for the outlines, I think mine is a little more on the smooth side which better represents the new style. I have to look for ways on how to do it. That, backgrounds, and better poses.
