Earth 3 is home to the evil faction known as the Crime Syndicate. This version of the group is based on their depiction from Crisis on Two Earths, the version which first appeared during Trinity War in the New 52 and the Injustice Syndicate from Batman: The Brave And The Bold. The group features members from all three separate incarnations.

Owlman, Ultraman, Superwoman, Power Ring, Johnny Quick, J'edd J'arkus, Angelique, Manhawk, Black Power, Breakdance, Captain Super, Uncle Super, Captain Super Junior, Extruded Man, Olympiad, Scream Queen, Mary Mayhem, Sai, Vamp, Warwolf, Mister Horrific, Mary Mayhem and She-Bat.
Members from New 52: Sea King, Grid, Deathstorm and Atomica.
Members from the BTATB: Blue Bowman, Silver Cyclone, Dyna-Mite, Rubber Man and Blaze.
