She seems interesting indeed. I can't quite place it, but she 'looks' like a younger Vanessa with some other attributes involved. I like the relaxed feel of this pic, as well.
When I try to design fighting game characters, they all end up being some sort of rip-off from Psychic Force 2012.

hehe. I usually have a heck of a time with them as well. I just got back from the san diego comic con and while I was there I saw a LOT of cool dressed girls. I just took a mental note when I saw something that I thought was cool and the end result is the drawing. A strange activity, heck maybe even down right creepy, but it seemed to work out.

That's not so creepy, I think. Creepy is when you see a three year old looking at you and you leer at them to make 'em scared. No, that's just wrong.
I end up looking to hair magazines for ideas, myself.
