Description

Charmtails are created by witches. Their charms are imbued with magic, which gives them their body. Some witches create charmtails as companions and helpers, while other more mischievous witches may create many to release out into the world! While all charmtails are individuals with unique personalities, they do seem to be natural pranksters.

Charmtails can have humanoid or animal noses

Charmtails have no internal organs or bones. If one is cut, it will "bleed" a slime-like substance, which can be any color, as well as appear metallic, or contain glitter or small beads. A charmtail can recover easily from almost every injury, including amputation and beheading! The only things that can kill a charmtail are injuries that sever their charm from their body, or being starved from magic for an extended period of time.

Charmtails do not need to eat, but they will seek out and absorb from sources of magic- wishing wells, enchanted items- but their favorite food source is witches. This is usually pretty harmless, but some greedy charmtails will drain enough magic to cause a witch to feel ill. Many charmtails also have quite a sweet tooth, and they will often eat for pleasure.
