I understand the reason for the ban. A kid choked on the toy. That's why they always say ages 3 and up.

I've been to a lot of grocery stores in the U.S, and i tried to find any there, but now I know why they don't sell them in the U.S. Because when i asked dad "Dad, why are there no Kinder eggs in the U.S?" And he replied with "Because they are illegal."
Sucks because little American Children would have liked those.

Like... 10 years ago there was a big boom for that eggs so there's no one in my country who wouldn't have the little toys. I still buy them though my mother tells me I'm too old. And now the toys are prettier!

That is stupid of the USA. Kinder Surprise-Eggs are illegal because the Toy in the Eggs is maybe dangerous. But there is it possible to buy Gun for Childrens! I can't understand that.

Think so too. Too bad one irresponsible parent (Or one who was too busy to watch) let their child choke on it.
If you're near a Mexican or Canadian border, maybe cross over sometimes to get one and have one there (Eat it there since its illegal in USA, sigh), then go back to USA. Of course go for another reason too- that way its not just for one thing c:
