Love it!Just as good as the first, better in fact. The only critique I'd have is that even though I love all the totally cute outfits it seems like theres a few too many outfits squished into the space, and I found it a lil difficult to properly look at them with so many other clothes in the way.
It's still freaking awesome though!!! XD

[i havent figured out how to make the color of each hair and ect. change by the click of a button yet though.]

[this is something i told someone else who asked me, so just follow that.]
[first on the bottom layer, draw your character.]
[select the image and press F8.]
[this will pull up an options menu, call it character, and make sure you make it a MOVIE CLIP]
[next, add a layer on top of that one.]
[draw your shirt or article of clothing.]
[once drawn, select the clothing peice and press F8.]
[call it what ever you want, and make sure that it is a MOVIE CLIP]
[select the picture again and press F9, this will open the action script menu.]
[enter the follow code exact.]

startdrag("");
}
on(release){
stopDrag();
}
[nothing in that code needs to be changed.]
[for every layer of clothing, just select the image and enter that code again.]
[DO NOT SELECT THE FRAME AND ADD THIS CODE, BECAUSE IT WILL TOTALLY SCREW YOU OVER. ONLY APPLY IT TO THE IMAGE ITSELF.]

If you want to allow others to change hair and eye color without having to drag the pieces over, why not make colored boxes for hair and colored circles for eyes that you can click to turn the hair the same color as the box? just an idea...
