Description
Originally meant to be practice because the pumpkin was starting to rot. However, I realized that it was more tedious than I thought so I decided to finish it.Wanted to try something new, so instead of a character bust, I decided to practice textures, patterns, and carving in the round.
Although there was no object I had in mind, people like to tell me what it looks like. Friends have suggested...
1. pineapple
2. acorn
3. beehive

thanks. it did take longer than i expected. the geometric designs are hard for me, the planning and initial cuts took the longest. the actual carving was easier than my other pumpkins.
