Disney/Don Bluth Project #2

Wanted to get more for this project done since I still have another eighteen couples to do after this one! After getting my Halloween choice out of the way I figured I'd start going by the results I got on my poll :3

Tarzan and Jane were the most popular choice (along with Lilo and Stitch). Ironically, Gee and L are my most popular couple so you guys must just know how my mind works! x3

This was actually the idea that spurred the entire project in the first place! I saw Tarzan a few times growing up but I didn't own it, so I really didn't remember much of it... Then I saw it a few weeks ago and was just like FFF WHY DON'T I REMEMBER THIS?!

I think L would make a good Tarzan ^^ Scruffy, socially inept, crouching, barefoot enigma... Plus I totally wanted to draw him in a loincloth ;D Even though whenever I get to drawing male anatomy I'm just like WHAT IS THIS. Cannot draw men's bods to save my life T__T

L doesn't even look that much like L... le sigh. I need to practice Death Note stuff some more. I was happy with Gee at least. I drew her in the outfit that Jane wears later on in the film, since yellow wouldn't really suit her.

   I've always found the concept of love really interesting. The way one person can captivate your entire attention for a period of time – the length of this period generally being influenced by how fickle you are and/or how much of an asshole the other person turns out to be.
   And then it's always intriguing who you fall in love with. You may fall for a very handsome stereotype… or maybe someone with a great personality that you normally wouldn't look at twice. It could be someone who fits your own personal type. Or somebody that doesn't have the same hairstyle, clothes or body type you usually go for.
   This is something that's always interested me. Mainly because it's one thing I really don't understand. I was thinking it again watching my best friend and his new partner in action on the dance floor.
   Though to be fair that wasn't love. That was just pure uncontrollable lust.
