i dont pixel that much but some tips i can give you is to not use medibang/firealpaca unless you're looking to edit your lines one by one
the reason i say this is because paint tool sai's pixel brush will automatically not put lines side by side (which makes it look not as smooth)
heres an example of what i mean:
( right was made w firealpaca, left with sai )
you wanna make sure the pixel art doesnt hit each other, it just looks smoother like that!
