The combination of the gray sweater dress, the gray background, and the model's face being turned away, along with the brightly colored tights basically "dehumanizes" the model and turns her into little more than a beautiful leg sculpture. She certainly has legs worthy of sculpture.
This would be a very good kind of thing to turn into a set--several different shots with brightly colored tights and gray, non-descript backgrounds.
