This is a baby turtle which hatch in Oman at the beach. Unfortunately we had no luck to watch either hatching or the turtles laying eggs on that day, but this baby was kept in an aquarium.Related content

i love this photo , it reminds me of my time in mexico. we did turtle conservation so we got to see these on a daily basis and watch them hatch. they are the most amazing things in the world.
and they know how to come back because from the sand they can remember the minerals in the sand and the magnetic point north

so is it once a year or twice...and 1 thing i would love to know is how do the baby turtle...like when they grow up they know how 2 come back to the same places its soo fascinating..dont u think so?

As far as I know it happens throughout the entire year, but mainly during the really hot months. Then you can see up to 100 come up to the beach. But I have no idea how they know where the same place is, it is very fascinating!
