I remember seeing this in the Sweeterhome theme store when I was using it. I think this is one of the better Sweeterhome themes.

Perhaps create a dark alternative too? Like a dark gray background, invert the bottom icons, and complementary text colors?
Also, tried to move on app from one category to another and just ended up removing the app from the category instead. How do I move them?

Remove it from one category, then, at the end of the new category you want to put it in, long press and add application.

Sweeter Home is an Android Launcher. It's in public beta (and has been for a couple of years as the devs real life often gets in the way of a full roll out to the Play Store).
You can grab the APK here: [link]
Load up the launch, hit menu and Themes. Let the theme list load. Will take 30sec-3mins on WiFi. Then change the selection filter to "Recent" and look for RoboThin. OR in the theme list you can hit menu > Search and just search for Lemon (my username there).
