I like your technique- use of color, anatomy, form; your style is very consistent. You manage to get the likeness of Sniper without adhering strictly to the tf2 style, I especially like how you managed his five o'clock shadow. It's a decent piece overall. Portraits are little boring in general, but I do like how its not just a head [like what a lot of people do, including myself] but is an actual portrait itself.
There's no real lighting in this. There's just a backdrop of color and his lit cig, some sort of "soft" lighting but I think if you'd introduced stronger lighting the piece would stand out more. I have minor quibbles aside from that, like the bullet could look more metallic but I dont see any real definite problems aside from lighting.
