what is sleep hygiene, did you meant sleep schedule-




don't worry my sleep schedule is worse
the longest i could stay up to is 2 am, you're already and perfectly fine for your sleep everyday lmao-

I already told you my sleeping schedule but i usually only go to sleep at either 12am+ or 1am+, rarely 2am, and rip for 11 pm since i no longer sleep early--

but ey i still usually wake up at 6am-8am tbh

at least i didn't overslept as much----

but y'know sometimes when it comes to afternoon i'll get tired, afternoon nap is one of my lifesaver in my entire daily routine (though i only choose to nap sometimes) .u.
