Description Been trying to figure out how the hell his hair should look like :'D I kind of settled for this look but I made sure it was removable in case I change my mind eventually. Anywho here's some progress shots from my tumblr ( honejasere.tumblr.com ) Thought maybe I could post this here too and see if anyone has any tips or pointers? I've never made a suit before but so far the head is taking me the longest
Also, the black hair coming from the side is just a bunch of scraps pinned on to see how it'd look. That'll be sewn together next :'D

"Decided to make his hair removable in case I find a different way to get the look I’m going for. So far the white peices of hair are sewn together and finished (still need to airbrush the black tips onto them though). Next up I have to work the the black hair that comes around the side of his face, add horns, and finish his mohawk."

I dont know if this would be helpful to you, but with my friend and I's fursuit heads, we brushed out bunches of wool/yarn (you have to make quite a few){kind of like the way people make yarn tails}
Anyway we found sewing/stabbing a tone of those where you want the hair makes it look quite nice, it's less chunky and more like actual hair would flow, really depends on the look you want ^^

looking really cool btw!

^^ no problem!!
Make sure you get nice wool/yarn, some of them brush out weird. You can tell by fraying the end of the strand a bit, if it looks nice and soft, but not waxy it's good~ If it's waxy looking throw it back XD

Good luck with the hair <333
