I use Corel Paint shop pro Pen tool mostly lol and lots of layers...I dunno how else to tell you

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt really seems to be a "love-it-or-hate-it" anime. Although I can't see how one could have anything but love for the show. Ecspecially after the demon sisters were introduced.
