Ahh thank youuu, I love her so I try to put lots of work into her ^u^ and yes they can definitely be friends either way!! I had forgotten about this until now, but my headcanon is actually that Tara's parents are from the Summer Caravan and she grew up there, so they totally could have met when they were younger Faes which would be really cute! 
Tara is not always super talkative--she isn't shy to volunteer her thoughts when asked, but she's also a good listener and likes to try and give everyone a chance to speak--but there are a few topics which she can DEFINITELY go on about forever (her job, music, people who are needlessly mean) and so Ori's listening would be super appreciated :') <333 can't wait to learn more about Ori as you finalize her personality! OwO
