And a newbie question: why all vector designers are drawing people like starting from a dark color and then making lots of brighter shades on it? When drawing with a pencil on paper we all are starting from the white paper and then making dark shades and then darker shades, etc. It is a bit confusing to me....

Thank you! Your english is just fine. And well, I guess I'm not like the average vector designer, because I go from light to dark - highlights first, from there slowly working to the darker areas. But some other people do it the other way around, both methods are possible with vectoring. It's just personal preference really, and what you are used to.

yeah, so i started on what i wanted to do.. a stream of things that had to do with music. However, it didn't do the piece good at all, I started disliking it more and more, so I just deleted the whole thing and left it like this.
