Behold: deviantART's first fanart of Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahou (Properly Learned Modern Magic), claimed by me! Fufufufu!Ahum, this is the main character of that anime, Koyomi Morishita. She's a magic user in training, but for some reason the only thing she can do is summon wash basins. Yes, wash basins. The kind that falls out of the sky and lands on someone's head.
Episode 1 (or should I say 0) is out now, I recommend you watch it if you like stuff like this

I haven't seen Koyomi until a few days ago, so she wasn't in the list of lookalikes yet :3 (but now she's added)
Also, one of the mangas where I found some more lookalikes in, is going to be made into an anime this winter, woohoo!

Hotaru is the bad one in my story, so I'm sure she and Koyomi could become friends. (Hotaru is good at putting things on fire/blowing thing up)
