So, in case you guys don't get the joke; for me, it seems like every two years of getting a major husbando, they kinda get replaced by a character very similar to them in either personality, design or role in the media! And since it's roughly the second year of my Murdoc the pickle Niccals crush obsession, it about time for him to be "replaced" since he did take over the husbando throne in 2018

But the question is...WHO?
well, we have two canadates
which is where this meme comes into play

Mike Chilton from Motorcity
Cause of Mike looking just like Murdoc, not only did it get me to crush on Mike, but also to get into the Motorcity fandom and yeah, Mike's charming personality got to me XD

OR

Sir Lancelot from King Arthur's Disasters
The crush that started just because I found out Murdoc's va, Phil Cornwell, was in this show as a few of the characters but my favourite being Lance where his voice stole my heart XD

Basically, Murdoc thought it he was safe from being replaced by Mike since Gorillaz has been doing Song Machine where I get new Murdoc content to Fangirl over and so has thrown him out the husbando bar. But just when Murdoc feels successful, he gets the sense that he is not completely done with fighting off replacements
