'If only I could turn back the clocks. It's all my fault' - "Clocktower Kid"

"Sooooooooooo, as you all probably noticed by my uploads and stuff; I've really gotten into the video game: "Balan Wonderworld". The platformer created by the creative duo of Sonic the Hedgehog as they worked with Square to create a spiritual successor to NiGHTS

which apparently did not work
but we don't have time for that yet!

Now, I've gotten OBESSED with it! Especially with the soundtrack and character design, so when the game has it's price dropped on Amazon, I did buy it and again, I'll talk more about it soon. But since my uni is coming close to an end, I decided to start another series of traditional pictures to play around with my coloured pencils and so what better way to do that than with Balan Wonderworld!? Where I shall draw the two playable characters, the maestros in both of their forms and even the inhabitants!"

And we meet another favourite inhabitant of mine, as well as one of the saddest inhabitants in the game; Cass Milligan from the sixth chapter "The Girl and the Kitten" which features a child dealing with guilt filled grief as this really young girl blames herself for the death of her pet kitten. Cass and the kitten seemingly met on her birthday during a rainy day, where the two bonded close until one day as they were crossing the street; a car zoomed by and from Cass' POV, ran over her new friend. Filled with grief and guilt, Cass ran away from the scene and blamed herself for the cat's death. But after Leo or Emma defeat her corrupt form, Cass returns to her home where after what could be Balan's magic, time is turned back and the feline friend is alive again, reuniting with Cass in a truly heartfelt moment.
Now, Cass is one of my top three inhabitants due to her visual themes; cats, Alice in Wonderland, London/Big Ben, etc. But I also like her cause she's also one of the more relatable inhabitants for me as I'm heavily close to my cat as well and the thought of me losing my kitty makes me extremely upset; plus, both of us tend to blame ourselves for bad things that we can't control so yeah. As for her pose, it's very clearly based on the Air Cat pose since it's one of the more obvious correlations between inhabitants and their costumes.

as we'll meet another sad inhabitant next week and meet Cass' future husband the following week~
