Description
Aka, how my Gorillaz sona/Oc would look throughout the different albums of the band.

So, basically, in my oc's/self insert's story, she's a simple girl raised in a strict, regulious household where they techically abuse her; that is until a certain satanist bassist gives her a way out and brings her into a new family.

"Phase one"
One day on the train ride back home, she comes across Murdoc sitting opposite from her, her curiousity allowing her to talk to the strange man who's they begin to form a sort of mini bond, big enough to exchange phone numbers. Kathryn keeps him a secert from her family until he offers her a job to work as the storyboard artist for the band's music videos. Kathryn agrees and starts working for Kong Studios while being introduced to the other band members; much to the dismay of her parents who want her to focus on making Christian cartoons.

"Phase two"
After the band had a break, which Kathryn returned to her family, Murdoc called her again if she wanted to help get the band back together and move into Kong Studios. Which she instantly took like before and runs off with Murdoc. Once the band's back together, she begins her job as storyboarder again, strenghting her bond and relationships with the band members but especially Murdoc, who allows her to be herself more and in turn starts making her gain a bit a crush on him (not helped with him being shirtless more). She even helped with the plan to help protect Noodle from Jimmy with help from Murdoc, still making her slightly miss the Japanese member as they had gained a sister like bond.

Phase three
When the band broke up, again, she stayed with Murdoc as they both explored the world together until Murdoc decided to burn down Kong Studios and use the insurance to build plastic beach where the pair of them moved in. Murdoc then tried getting the band back together, building Cyborg Noodle and kidnapping 2D; during the waiting process for 2D, Murdoc discovered Kathryn's hidden talent for singing where Murdoc offered her to upgrade from storyboard artist into being part of the band as the female singer which she agrees to. She found herself an outfit on the shore she of the beach and was given nickname "Kitty" by the fandom due to her cat ear headband. Murdoc at this point then started to fall for her, giving her a flower which she lovingly placed in her hair.

Phase four
After the whole band found each other, defeated the boogeyman and returned to normal land, Kitty was now a full part of the band which her first starring moment in "Saturn Barz" where she is haunted by the ghosts based on her family's abuse and the haunting memories of her abandoning them for Gorillaz. During this time, both she and Murdoc would hint during interviews about them being a couple, until one faithful interview where the pair of them were together, when Murdoc confirmed massively that they are a couple as he kissed her passionately on camera, shocking everyone including Kathryn who kissed back after five seconds. Since them, the pair of them began to be closer in music videos and in recording sessions. That was until one night when Murdoc was arrested after being frames and having them be separated what felt like forever, not helped as without a home to stay in since they live down together, she had no chance but to return to her abusive family who became even more strict and harsh.

Phase five
Without Murdoc and Kitty, Noodle invited Ace to replace Murdoc as the bassist, but knew Kathryn was important as she was their storyboard artist and knew the fanbase would be confused at her disappearance. So one night, Ace came round to her house and after some convincing and charming acts to her parents, they allow him to see her who, with her permission, kidnaps and returns to Gorillaz who welcome her back with open arms. Despite the warm welcome, Kitty can't help but feel depressed without Murdoc as everyone else seems to be loving Ace over him. Noodle sees and allows her to borrow her cat mask from Phase three to hide her sad expressions during the recordings of music videos, as well as to hide her face from the cameras so her parents can't try and find her. Inbetween each music video and song, Kathryn would always visit Murdoc in jail as she misses him too much and is the only band member who even bothered to do so. But things hit rock bottom when Murdoc seemed to have drowned while trying to escape from jail, Kathryn unable to smile or be happy knowing she'll never seem him again as the other members worry about her sanity. Thankfully, Murdoc survives and returns, reuniting with Kathryn by surprisingly her with a hug and kiss on the neck, the pair crying from joy being together as the rest of the members secretly don't like his return, are still happy to see Murdoc bring back Kathryn's relationship and having their family back together, even letting Ace stay as a back up member of the band.
