More artsy things!Still very tired at the time of posting, but I had the urge to crank another piece out. this is the result! another character design I quickly fell in love with during the process, so you'll probably be seeing more of her.

Am loving the living aspect of the quicksand here.. ..that it's reaching up to higher and higher grasps on her to draw her in deeper and deeper! Love the naturalness of the sandy cone creating such a fusion with the shapes of her hips and tummy and the sense of her movements causing her only to descend more and more!

Very nice indeed. Love how this comes across as her perhaps venturing out onto a mudflat at low tide to either explore or take a shortcut to the opposite shore and getting stuck in the tenacious suction of the silty tidal mud. Love how the mud comes across as having a thick, heavy, sticky texture by the heavy ripples you've drawn as well as the way you have the mud mounding up and clinging tightly to her arms and hips. She looks to be so hopelessly STUCK and totally TRAPPED.
Seems like she was trudging along in the mud when her feet and legs got stuck. After struggling for an hour, all she managed to do was mired herself hip-deep in the mud. An attempt to place her hands upon the mud and push herself up out of her trap succeeded only in getting her arms hopelessly stuck in the glue-like consistency of the mud. Great work on her facial expression and the unkemptness of her hair... she looks spent and totally exhausted after no doubt struggling and straining against the mud's grip and suction for hours. She looks to have given up all hopes of getting free, and as she looks up towards the horizon, a sadness fills her eyes as she sees the distant leading edge of the returning tide creeping towards her.
Love her tank top and how it shows off her sexy arms, breasts, and midriff... gives the impression that perhaps she's wearing shorts, cutoffs, or bikini briefs. Beautiful shading work as well... your shading adds wonderful depth to her facial features, enhances the lovliness of her curves, and also gives her a somewhat filthy look after sweating and struggling in the tidal mud.

It looks like she put up a hard fight to get out, based on the rised mud coils around her hips.
Yet she's still not being able to overcome the suction in the quicksand.
