Stephano (amnesia/pewdiepie) Kitty!my first one.... i'll probably do several of these kind of things....
sorry it doesn't work as an icon. The file size is too big

what i would try is going on iaza.com (a completely safe website for editing/animating stuff) --> [link]
from there, go to the edit section, go down to the resize subsection, click on either resize pixels or resize percent (i haven't tried it but it should be the pixels one)
for the pixels one just put in width: 50 and then length: 50 (i don't know what the preserve aspect ratio will do) then click convert.
i don't know how you would use the percent one but if your good with percentages go for it!
just remember to upload the picture you want to resize before you do anything
once you have resized you picture, right click the preview picture it shows and click "save image as" this will bring up a saveing thing like if you were saving a normal picture you drew. It will save it as a download (so i wouldn't try to save it anywhere else) so just name it anything you want to.
But doing it this way (depending how big you made the original picture) will effect the quality of the finished result.
or you could choose the much much MUCH easier one
Another thing you could try is just redrawing them on you drawing program. but this time, open a new file and make the width and length 50
