I think sans and asriel have pretty sad lives...sans: lives behind a mask of happiness that hides the colors of despair and the knowing that all of everyones work will eventually restart to another timeline where everyone lives or dies. Asriel: He found a human and got his family to take it in as their own, only to find the human dead one day. Then in an act of kindness, he goes to the surface to lay him/her on a bed of his/her favorite flowers, only to be attacked and killed, doomed to a souless life as a flower who wants to feel but cant, and becomes forgotten, then giving up on life. Very sad stories
