Silver drifted motionless in the emptiness of space, as images of the past battle, haunted his dreams...
(In His dreams)
"Silver NO!"
"Blaze... I can handle this!"
Silver and Blaze where in an asteroid belt when it happened, A meteor snake lept out at them, and already did a number on Silver .
"Silver.. Don't do it!" Blaze cautioned as Silver flew in for another shot. "You're hurt bad enough."
Silver ignored her as usual, and the the snake did his final hit, throwing Silver out into space...
"SILVER!" Blaze tried to follow
but in the end... Blaze disappeared with the snake.
(Reality)
Silver cringed automatically when the dream ended and repeated again. In his unconscious state he could do nothing about it, as his life slowly drifted away, but in the distance, a large ship came flying towards him.
(in the ship)
"Uh... Tails..." Amy looked up from her console. "I'm picking up a faint life reading about 200 meters in front of us."
"How faint?" Tails asked.
"It's hardly there." Amy cringed.
"That could be someone in danger." Sonic walked to the helm. "I'll fly ahead and see what's up."
"Be careful sonic.." Tails warned.
(Back out in space)
Sonic thought that the life reading was coming from a shuttle, but it actually was a lone Ivory hedgehog
"Poor kid" Sonic thought as he grabbed the hedgehog. "Better get him back to the ship"
