I think they've said they're going to change it. You can read the exchange I had with the admin on the second page of that thread.

No problem! The artist who made pretty much all the first four gen eggs on GPX is a friend of mine, so when I saw that I got a bit miffed, then I looked closer at the Pikachu egg and it reminded me I'd seen it before, so I tracked you down! And yes, at least they were willing to listen and change it. It's not often they do that.
