Wow this one is so awesome. For some reason I thought this was some neon light drawing on top of some blinds. I don't know how to explain it, my mind tricked me anyways. XDĀ 
What are the materials you used to draw this? I'm very curious now.

All it is is regular ol' pencil on lined paper, then I added effects on photoshop.
