Wip for the MGC.This was originally supposed to be a simple remake of this tragic picture [link]
but somehow it morphed into this not so simple picture. I plan on coloring it with traditional media, but I just hope I can finish it by the end of the month-I have another project I need to finish as well.
I really wanted to draw G and E kissing- but geeze those poses were hard to pull off. I'm pretty happy with this sketch - and I like it too much to put it into scraps.
BTW, they're in elisa's apartment- and cagney's there cause he's going to be featured in the title.

Gads, Elisa and Goliath are just damn cute <3 What a great piece- I love the texturing on Goliaths body- gives off a great gruffness against Elisa soft body.

Thanks very much! The texture on Goliath is really a reference for me to color the muscles. But I see what you mean. I'll try to convey his more rough hide when I color it.

awww...now that is a hot pic. wow, beautiful details and yes, those poses sure look like they took time and planning to do, but it definitely shows. I especially love elisa and goliath's faces kissing. wonderful, very sensual without going over the top. great job, I love it. can't wait till it's finished! XD

references are great. i should probably work from references more, it'd probably save me a lot of trouble.

I need references when doing human or human like figures - I suck at anatomy lol. But finding references really sucks some times. It took me hours going through stock photos to find them, and I can never find the exact post that I want. I usually mix and match body parts from different references heh.

I really think that's the best way to go, and the more you use reference, the less you end up needing to rely on them cuz you start learning and getting the hand of anatomy, and the more intuitive you get about it.
