Hey guys, lately money's been kinda tight with my family, putting both me and my sister through a private highschool, so I was thinking about selling this bit of artwork. Yes it's not very original nor impressive but I do have some questions. Where should I sell it? Who would buy it? How much would you pay? Do you think I could get this in a small local gallery?EDIT: Blehhhh Yeah the eye shape is totally jacked up D:

I think you can sell art on a website called Etsy.com. It's a lovely little website, and I've seen art on there too. If you want to sell your art online, you should check that site out. It might be a good place to start.
I like the colors in this picture, but did you use a reference or not? If not, I'd recommend taking a handheld mirror and observing your own eye and drawing it. That's what helps me a lot.
If you did use a reference like a picture or your own eye, I suggest observing the reference a bit more. Take into account shade, line, form, and always break pictures down into irregular (or regular, whatever is easiest for you) shapes, and pay attention to negative space too.

Myehhh I took a picture of my eye and then got lazy and just stopped paying attention to my ref... I'm not really sure how i should add in the lids and the lines around the eye. Any suggestion? And the eye is a little larger than that of a usual eye... GAH now that I notice it the shape of it is hideous!! Blehhhh I'm gonna go a OCD on it either tonight or tomorrow.

Haha, okay, go do that. What really helps me is to put it against a mirror. You'll see what needs to be fixed instantly.

Yeah I think I do a good job, but once I step back and look at it I'm like HAYULLL NO and redo it. The problem here is the tearduct IS NOT THAT SHAPE D: But it'll be an easy fix, I rimmed the whole eye with black so I can alter the shape easily
