I won him at a crane game at Freddy Hill Farms when I was going mini-golfing!---
His name is Face of Evil, or cleverly shortened as F.O.E. He's a jiggly and squishy ball. >.> Inside of him is a flashy ball and you can squeeze him to make him see-throughish.
Currently his face is more chipped off than in the photo so I might marker it back!
