I love pretty much all the KagePro characters but Ayano is definitely up there as one of my absolute favorites. Though really it's hard to choose between her, Takane and Hibiya for my favorites.
She's such a sweet, selfless character. She goes though so much to help her family, even when their not blood related. There are a lot of blood related families that aren't even remotely that close.

This is nice. I like the hair, especially how they get darker near the tips. The peaceful expression is also quite nice. To be honest though, my favorite little bit is the corona like white particles coming off her. Maybe she is so peaceful is it overflowing into the surrounding area. I like that idea.

Thanks! I'm glad you liked it! This is one of my favorite sketches I've done in a while. I spent the longest on the hair I believe. And yeah, a white sparkly aura around a character tends to be shorthand to show that their happy. If I had to give a guess it might be a visual pun based on "someone beaming."
