Description
Winking no Jutsu: technique that paralyzes the eyes of the enemy - causes dryness of eyes and limited vision (affected person has to turn body/neck to move sight field instead of moving eyeballs). Caution: if winking no Jutsu is used too much, then user will progressively wink more (even if not on an enemy) and eventually be constantly winking.
