The way this braixen is looking at this friend with his forced smile tells a few things:
1) He feels really uncomfortable and know that it will last for a while, but doesn't have heart to ask his friend to stop, so he just endures it.
2) He tries to believe that his friend won't hurt him and that Serperior is just being playful, but part of him feels a bit afraid of being crushed if this game/hug goes too far.
3) He sees that his friend is very happy and tries to force himself to look happy too, but deeply inside he hopes that this hug will end soon.
As for Serperior, his smile just show innocence and playfulness. He seems either unaware of his own strength, or that he's actually hurting his friend, but he looks happy to be with him.
