Easily the best part about this is how easily the two Vulpixes stand out from the background. As the other person said, it is not hard to look at, and has a color scheme that fits the characters.
You did a good job of having consistent lighting, and it all clearly comes from the same source. The proportion of the two Pixes was also well done.
However, I have seen this same topic done quite a bit (Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix together), so it isn't the most original thing in the world. Furthermore, the ice crystal in front of the A-Vulpixes tail blends into the tails pretty well, making it hard to see at first.

I just have to say first of all I love this piece! It's well shaded, and highlighted. And the colors are not overwhelming. The blue on the snow,a dn the well drawn flames makes it very nice to look at and the overall drawing is just appealing to the eye! The vulpix's are very well drawn, and the lineart it isn't messy. I just love it! Plus this is the first drawing that I've seen with both of them in the same picture!
My only tip would be to maybe place your characters differently. The alolan vulpix is placed in the middle, and shows that off more than the original vulpix in the back. Unless you ment to place them like that, and if that's the case my bad :"), I would place them both in the middle, maybe both of them facing the viewer instead of the side view.
