Next up is KickinChicken's mother, Jemima! And it's self-explanatory. She's his adoptive mother, who adopted him while he was still inside his egg.
Before Jemima entered parenthood, she was a professional surfist and was very known around Smile Town (the fictional town the Smiling Critters are living in). KickinChicken's biological mother was her kindergarten best friend and the two were inseparable, even after KickinChicken's mother married and had an egg.
Unfortunately, Kickin's parents lost their lives in a car crash during a storm, and following their deaths, Jemima retired from her surfist job to raise KickinChicken, knowing this is what her best friend would have wanted. She eventually bought a small farm in the outskirts of Smile Town, and she and Kickin have been living there ever since.
And even though she's having a humble farmer life now, she's also a surfer at heart and she even has a seashell necklace to remember all the adventures she had during the years surfing the waves, and she also loves telling stories to her chicken son about all her days as a surfist.
