My third attempt at drawing Cat & Meringue strips! These are my favourite so far! Number 1 was one I've had in the back of my mind for a while, but never got round to drawing it until this whole coronavirus thing. Number 2 was based on an actual game of charades I played with Mum and Juliet, where I picked up an item and dropped it, and Juliet instantly said "Gravity Falls". Dropping something gives away both parts. Number 3 is my favourite. I liked the time travel blob and robot guy falling in love, and I wanted to draw some of them, and I put Fi and Blancmange as Cat and Meringue's dates, since I'm a sucker for those couples. Cat's attitude is also mirroring mine. Literally the only thing I care about at parties and weddings is the food. Number 4 was what I made when I had no more ideas. Nich Angell (creator of Cat & Meringue) gave the readers a genius idea, that if you have no ideas, use a lack of ideas as your idea. Which is what I did! Cat and Meringue have no punchline for their comic, and rat out the artist for it. And you also get to see me in the last panel in my Bill Cipher earrings and Get Schwifty cap. I botched up the eyes so they look a bit weird, but I think I'll get away with it. I also had a go at drawing my signature the way Nich Angell does, and I think it looks pretty cool.
