Okay, I hate hate hate hate HATE how adults think that just because I am a teenager, I am automatically stupid, or that I am just not smart enough to make big decisions. Mainly how this focuses on how kids/teens cannot vote. Did they not remember that kids/teenagers are the best judges of character? Guess not......Stamp Template (C) ~googlememan

I did an experiment. I talked to everyone pretending I was older. A lot of people respected me and thought pretty decent things of me. I helped a lot of people with a lot of stuff...From what little experience I had.
As soon as I revealed my age, everything went away. People disagreed and/or payed no mind, even the people who had previously known me.
I want to be judged, and I know I can be inmature. I don't have experience in TONS of stuff, and I know I can be really dumb, and even say things I shouldn't say. Maybe hurt some people every now and then and say things I regret due to either being too cocky or too naive.
But give credit when credit is due. A lot of people around my age deserved respect, even more than I do.

I think that the only reason why so many adults think this is because there are so many teens out there that take advantage of the freedom and opportunities they are now given.

Well to tell you the truth, we are young adults with fresh minds. In a way, we are more intelligent than some adults. For a fact, theoretically teens are more intelligent than adults lol (I read that somewhere) Yay for teen spirit!

Most of the adults around me learned that I was pretty damn bright after a while, I still get that 'oh you're a kid I don't care about your opinion' once in a while though. Bugs the crap outa me >_o

I respect your opinion but, it would change in both good and bad ways dearie. No votes = no president/leader which equals to everyone being able to make their own rules. The world would fall to ruins without someone elected to guide it.

They wouldn't care. In my opinion it doesn't matter, the government has been corrupted by money and power for so long that they probably wouldn't even be able to see through the smog that there wasn't a leader anymore. They just want money, money, MONEY.
