The design work is absolutely awesome, it's a great yin/yang vibe. The shading and colouring is fantastic too, everything stands out with those bright markings.
Sadly for Kyogre, the Primal Formes are unbalanced against it. Discount the weather effects, and you get this: Kyogre's new ability stops Fire moves, which you aren't going to use against it anyway. Groudon's stops Water moves, which it has become doubly weak to in Primal Forme, and it can just drop Earthquakes against Kyogre. Looks like Kyogre's got the rough end of the pineapple.

This is a really awesome design, I'm really tempted to get a shirt with the design~ But you should make one with it flipped, with Kyogre on top and Groudon on the bottom.
