Oh my goodness! I love this so much! 
That is such a beautiful dress she's wearing, both fitting for her and super cute 
Same goes for those shoes of hers, as well. I am also loving all the details you put into it. Moving on, I really love how you drew her mane. It looks so lush, and I am also loving that style you drew it in 
You also did an incredible job on her eyes. Their colors came out beautifully, and you also did great on those fabulous lashes and beautiful eyeshadow! ^w^ Her wings came out nicely, too, looking incredibly elegant ^^ Moving on, I really like the way you drew her horn, especially with how it's giving off that venomous-green glow; and the way you drew her crown 
And finally, splendid work on that background, and on all the little details you put into it
