9 out of 9 of the WF BLU Team.Known as the Midnight Shadow, Jacques is a master theif, and a sneaky Spy. He escaped the RED Team prison, and made it all the way back to the BLU Team without a problem. Jacques is the more serious of the team, and thinks he's smarter than everyone in the BLU Team.
Jacques sports the Ambassador, Sharp Dresser, Disguise Kit, Invis Watch, and Sapper.
