Description
This is my first of many entries for this beautiful baby, whom I would name Akua, the Hawaiian word for Goddess.
She is the guardian of an island long forgotten, once home to a people native to the tropical environment.

Long ago, there was a tribe that inhabited a small island far away from any large lands. They were peaceful, and lived in harmony with the other tribes around them. The peace soon died out, however, and the tribe found themselves on the brink of death. They prayed to the gods to send them a guardian, a deity. A being that could save them from the awful fate they awaited. And thus, Akua was born from the waters of a pool beneath a waterfall. She brought rain to the island, and flooded around it completely so that the only way to come or go was by boat. The rain also brought crops, so the people thrived. They thanked her, and she kindly greeted them and then left to keep the island safe once again. Many years have passed, and the people of the island have long since been gone. She wanders it alone, and cares for the creatures that still remain. Akua can often be seen swimming, surfing, and crafting things from the environment. Every so often, another creature of her type, a waterdog, will come by the island and she's always thankful for the company.
Akua is a sweet, kind-hearted being that will always do her absolute best to make someone else's day.
