Hopefully those are not $500 sunglasses that are about to be broken. Kokoro has latched onto Zack and will not let hin go for a good while. Even he sometimes is taken aback to how affectionate she can be when he least expects it.

those are oakleys from what I see,... even bullets have a hard time breaking those. a tackle glomp is par for the course, lol.
and of course she won't let go of him. at this part of the story Zack had been gone for a while over something dark happening. plus their emotional closeness at this point had grown quite deep (at one point Zack pulls Miyako from a burning car in a chapter coming soon, as well as helping Miyako understand why Kokoro got in trouble at school. there is a very good reason.)
in this part Zack was asked to watch Kokoro who was trying to sneak out to see a music concert because Miyako is out of town for work.
little did Zack know Kokoro overheard her mother and scalp-purchased a second ticket, lol.

with Zack things almost never are as one dimensional as they appear.
it's like I always say,... Zack's personality dropped in anyone else would have the fans demanding DOA be a harem anime.
